"I wanted to talk to you about our security officer doing a great job. We had an incident the other night involving a truck driver with his rig in the parking lot trying to turn around knocking over a light pole and damaging shrubbery. Our Sunstates Security officer was touring and heard the crash of the light pole and went to investigate. He caught the trucker as he was trying to leave and contacted the police. The trucker had given his dispatch the security officer’s name and reported that while he didn’t realize he had caused any damage on the property the security officer had told him he hit a light pole.
The security officer’s quick response and contacting the police saved us about $2,000 in damages to the property. The police were able to file a report confirming the damages so we will be properly reimbursed."

"The transition to Sunstates from our previous security provider has saved us a tremendous amount of money through their reliance in after-hours situations. Prior to Sunstates, we would not provide keys to our security provider due to negative experiences leading to a lack of trustworthiness of their personnel. After working for some time with Sunstates and seeing the vast improvement in the quality of officers and management responsiveness, we have decided to entrust Sunstates Security Officers with the keys to access our entire portfolio. These entrusted officers have been properly trained to handle the daily security functions as well as the ancillary functions necessary when dealing with after-hours maintenance requests and emergencies.
