Sunstates Assist Visit is provided during the 8 or more monthly visits to our clients to ascertain that expectations are met in all aspects of security and protection. Visits not only give our clients the opportunity to voice any potential concerns but also monitor and mentor our officers.
Quality Assurance Checklist is a means by which we audit client sites with the goal of improvements on existing security. Yet another measure of our proactive approach.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are detailed, written instructions designed for each client site. Their purpose is to guarantee uniformity of each security function, achieve maximum safety and operational efficiency and completes requirements for ISO compliance.
Employee Screening is part of our policy to ensure that pre-employment, reference and post employment background checks are conducted in compliance with Federal and State statutes. These policies are in place from application, interviews, and skill testing to criminal background checks, reference checks and previous work history.

Sunstates Officers Learning Online (SOLO Program) is adjunct to pre-assignment basic security officer training. SOLO courses are conducted through online modules relating to security issues that all officers complete within 180 days of employment.
Sunstates Accident Free Environment (SAFE Program) provides an option for clients who require officers to obtain advanced training in CPR, first aid, AED, bloodborne pathogen, defensive driving and other safety–related topics.
SOLO training is mandatory and offered at no charge to officers in the interest of maintaining a skilled and exceptionally prepared security team. Certifications are awarded upon successful completion.
