Sunstates Assist Visit is provided during 8 or more monthly visits to our clients to ascertain that expectations are met in all aspects of security and protection.

Direct personal contact - from our manager to yours - offer us the accountability we seek, the opportunity for you to voice any potential concerns, the monitoring and mentoring our officers depend on and gives you the assurance we are looking ahead on your behalf.

Quality Assurance Checklists are customized to each respective client and provide a means by which we audit client sites with the goal to make improvements on existing security. Yet another measure of our proactive approach.

Once a Checklist is completed, processes where deficiencies were noted are assigned for action. Resulting changes are measured or monitored, then adjusted and re-evaluated in a continuous and ongoing cycle.
