RALEIGH, N.C., January 23, 2013 – Mariah has more than seven years in the Human Resources field and brings experience in recruiting, staffing, employee relations, organizational development, benefits administration and strategic partnerships. Most recently, Mariah worked for a company in the services industry that employed more than 2,000 employees across seven states. Mariah will capitalize on the existing corporate building blocks at Sunstates to sharpen employee focus and further enhance customer satisfaction.
Mariah is a graduate of Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree. She is currently enrolled at Capella University, where she will complete her Master’s Degree in Human Resources in September 2013. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
