different situations, from the commonplace to the unexpected. Which is why
Sunstates Security is committed to a comprehensive and continuous employee
training and development program.
All new employees must complete a mandatory training program that includes
report writing, emergency procedures, and officer conduct and responsibilities.
Depending on client requirements, additional training on very specific issues is
also provided.
All employees are also provided with continuing education classes on topics
such as leadership, self-defense and basic law for the security officer.
All supervisors and managers are required to attend quarterly training
sessions that relate to the security industry and to management and leadership
development.
It's a stringent program, and it works. As proof, consider that we are frequently
able to fill supervisor and management positions in our company from within internal ranks.
