The Hiring Process
Sunstates exceeds industry and state standards for new hires, with an extensive interview and hiring process that includes:
• Pre-application personality profile questionnaire
• Multiple interviews
• Tests of fluency and communication skills
• Skills/Aptitude testing, depending on the specific job placement characteristics
Sunstates requires candidates to pass a detailed background check as well as a 10-panel drug screen to be considered for employment. To ensure we are maintaining the highest quality personnel, a percentage of employees are randomly drug screened each month.
