RALEIGH, N.C., February 16, 2015—Boosted by a client retention rate that exceeds 95%, average organic annual growth of nearly 30% over the past three years has created additional leadership opportunities at Sunstates Security. The firm recently promoted four key members at the Raleigh, N.C., headquarters.

  • Mariah Agsten has been promoted to Human Resources Director. Since joining Sunstates as the Manager of Human Resources, Agsten’s responsibilities have evolved from personally handling all corporate HR tasks to managing Legal & Compliance, payroll, and human resource information systems (HRIS). She has implemented several new systems to streamline the company’s HR services and built a strong support team.
  • Lisa Butler has been named Legal & Compliance Manager. She reviews all new service contracts and works with outside counsel.
