as Compliance Administrator

LaToya Carter Joins the Sunstates TeamThe corporate team at Sunstates welcomes LaToya Carter as the Compliance Administrator.  Her drive, problem-solving skills, time management abilities and ten years of experience in the clerical field make her an excellent fit for this role.

Background

Prior to joining Sunstates, LaToya worked for a large healthcare company as an Executive Administrative Assistant.  Her duties included populating and updating daily and weekly reports for upper management, creating spreadsheets and managing projects, bookkeeping as well as responding to internal and external information requests from region to region and state to state.  Before that role, LaToya was a Procurement Specialist with daily tasks, including approving requisitions and assigning purchase orders, reviewing invoices, contacting vendors, managing the storeroom, and more.  Also, LaToya previously worked for a large national retail chain as a team trainer.  She established training plans for new hires and transfers based on corporate policies, monitored daily key performance indicators for job performance and communicated policy changes and procedures to all personnel.
