Adalberto Torres Operations Manager Charlotte NC Sunstates SecurityA seasoned professional with over 20 years of collective security, financial and sanitation experience, Adalberto initially joined the Sunstates Security team in 2019 as a Site Captain at a high-profile sports programming client location. Within months of joining the company, he completed the Sunstates Leadership Management Program.  Following this, he received a promotion to his current position as Operations Manager at our Charlotte, NC branch in March of 2021.


Adalberto’s Background

Adalberto began his career in the custodial industry in New York, NY. ¬†He held supervisory and Director-level positions with Bryant Park Restoration Corporation and Grand Central Partnership, both large business improvement districts. Adalberto oversaw staff management, scheduling, and training at both organizations and held multiple positions of escalating responsibility requiring strong multitasking capabilities and relationship-building skills. In 2014 he transitioned from the sanitation field to the private security sector. His staffing and management background provided a perfect foundation for his security career, beginning as a patrol officer in New York and later relocating to North Carolina as a security officer in the hospitality industry before assuming his Site Manager’s role

As a testament to his strong work ethic and commitment to others, Adalberto also serves as a Division Leader for a financial services company, working one-on-one with individuals to organize their finances, as well as hosting financial education seminars. Combining his diverse staffing experience, proven leadership skills, and professional enthusiasm provides Adalberto with a unique skill set that makes him a valuable asset and positions him well for career success as part of the Sunstates Security management team.
